CONSOLIDATED CLASS ACTION RICO COMPLAINT

I. INTRODUCTION

On April 20, 2010, a well blowout on the vessel Deepwater Horizon in the Gulf of Mexico marked the beginning of what would become the most pervasive and devastating environmental disaster in the history of the United States. The blowout and subsequent explosions, fire, and sinking of the vessel resulted in an oil spill of unprecedented proportions that damaged, depleted and destroyed marine, estuarine, and coastal environments in the Gulf of Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, and Florida (the “Spill”). Although the blown-out well is now capped, the disastrous environmental and economic effects of the Spill are widespread and will likely remain so for decades.

No matter how slight, everyone affected by these criminal acts needs to come forward and add as much weight to this class action as possible.

  2. Publius says:

Many don’t know about having a Corporate Charter Revoked and telling the courts that this must be done as they no longer can be trusted and violated the rules and laws of Corporate Charters as our founders intended and that the assets be divided into small pieces and sold off to individual buyers So.’s to dismantle the corporation and the moneys from the sold off assets are to go to the stockholders, but none of it go’s to the Corporate CEOs. The State of Delaware should have the incorporation papers on file and can be looked up as they are a matter of Public Records and Public Trust.

BP makes more money than about 90% of nations on this planet. They can buy a lot of lawyers, politicians, judges, mercs, and entire departments like the EPA, FEMA etc. The level of corruption is so staggering that if the average American could understand, the entire country would force Obama to declare war on BP. Unfortunately, most of us Americans are no smarter than a door knob, and therefore we are trampled by the plutocrats who run this country and the bankers who run the world. The good news is that Jesse Ventura has already done a piece on BP and the GOM and his conspriacy research says that BP did it on purpose so that Agenda 21 can kick in and displace millions of Americans so that the GOM can be free to plunder by foreign companies like BP! So ironically, Agenda 21 seeks to save the environment but it will be used to degrade it further. Sounds like Agenda 21 written by big business plutocrats/bankers to me.

I’d like to see a Paul/Ventura or Paul/Baldwin ticket in 2012! Of course the system is f%^&ing rigged they wouldn’t stand a chance. Between Obama and W. Bush our pathetic Congress and judicial system, this country doesn’t need any enemies! We have traitors in the highest offices! Maybe we could get Benedict Arnold on the Republican ticket in 2012; I’ll bet you big business would support that.

  6. Mitt & Kristi Fulmer says:

We filed a BP claim for our businesses and have not been paid at all. We were promised to get paid and now it’s a year later and we still haven’t been paid. We live in the Panhandle and this oil spill has destroyed our business and many of the local businesses. Some people have been paid and alot of people and business have still yet to be paid.
